Your sorry connection has as negative an impact on other players as a habitual quitter’s actions do. Punish them the same.
I agree, i have done everything i can do on my end, to stop it from happening but every day i play i get the console has lost connection to server. Then i get banhammered. I am working with the only internet available in my area. So it’s annoying when halo lags and disconnects and error messages and i’m the one being punished especially when 343 said with their dedicated servers everyone would have a good connection. just another lie i suppose.

Please tell us where/when 343i made such a statement. Because that isn’t how dedicated servers work.

Dedicated servers does,not guarantee good connection. Every server will have issues whether it be dedicated or p2p servers. Each have their strengths and weaknesses. Dedicated servers take the most work to keep running and require weekly/monthly maintenance and such. I don’t ever recall 343 saying they guarantee us an issue free server either.
The system cannot tell if you disconnect or quit. You can claim anything you want…my internet, I pulled the plug out of the wall, Godzilla…it doesn’t matter. You quit to the system.
