343 has stolen my req points and my packs consistently since firefights release. It prevents me from buying or opening any pack, and then says I already opened it.
I sincerely think that 343 is completely incompetent.
Yeah, they have stolen 5000 of my req points too.
Chill mates, it’s highly likely that the opening animations were skipped meaning you did indeed get some packs. You can try restarting Halo 5 and doing an xbox hard reset, maybe that might stop the opening animation from repeatedly being skipped. Cheers!

This has saved me hours of selling crap through the game, one at a time. You can actually choose how many of each REQ you would like to sell.
I didn´t bought a pack and since i finished my collection during the WZFF BETA, there is no req pack which costs me 5000 reqs

On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there.
