so I bought a silver pack and it was loading up, then it disappeared. I didn’t even receive anything. The pack sat in my open pack inventory but I wouldn’t let me open it. Things like this really bother me, like seriously? What if this was a silver or a update pack that you buy with actual money?

This happened to me once too. It showed the Silver pack in the section were you get the packs when you unlock a commendation, daily win, etc. But when I tried clicking it, it said I had already opened. Just check your collection of reqs and see if you have more req weapons and vehicles
A helpful tip I’ve learned to avoid these nuisances has been to buy and open req packs through halo waypoint on my phone
Yea this happened to me a few days ago, opened a silver and said it was already opened. I didn’t have any random req though. Basically wasted 5000 req points…

Sure it’s a little more time consuming but I don’t crash as often which is great
You still get what was in the pack it just skips the opening of it. It happened to me once this update and I still got the stuff. I got the hybrid ar and smg. People saying they didn’t get anything just don’t know what they had before so they can’t tell what they received, which can be tough.
It your points are gone, the items were added to your req collection. This has happened to me as well. You can check your inventory on WP.
Now the question is, do you feel robed?
