Just purchased two gold tier req packs and did not receive anything. After purchase it went back to title screen and I didn’t see a confirmation of purchase. Tried one more time and it did the same thing with no perm unlocks visible in my collection. I cannot find a way to contact 343 about this I need this fixed asap.
This happened to me aswell but I waited an hour and restarted the game and than I had them waiting for me at the “Open Pack” section
