Still Waiting for specializations...

I pre-ordered halo 4 played on the 6th, the day after the launch date because I didn’t know the packet was on my door. I’ve called Xbox live support and they tell me to post on a forum that gets a response everyday so I post my information up on there to prove that I meet all the requirements. So I call them again and they direct me to the same forum but this time the forum is locked, meaning you cannot reply anything on there anymore. So to get to the point I am wondering what am I to do? Did i just waste my money of 65$ just to get a pre-ordered copy of halo 4 without getting the specializations in advance? If there are any 343 people looking at this please help me out, once again here’s my information to prove that I meet the requirements.

Yeah -Yoink-. I didn’t get the game on launch, but I got it before the 20th, and played it online. Still no code.

The official response is that if you haven’t got your code by now, then you’re not getting one. In other words; we don’t give two Yoink! if you met the conditions - we’re ignoring you now.
