Im already almost done with operator and am still waiting to unlock the rest of the specializations
same here, SR-69 and hitting the cap SR-70 Cap -.- why didn’t the console come with the War pass or the LE specializations?

Thats a good point, maybe keep playing like inheritors did in Reach?
If you paid attention, there is going to be a 1-50 ranking system implemented next year. This will happen when most players will have logged, and the opponents you face will match your skill level.

Agreed. But I just hit Operator as well as my second Specialization, and it won’t be long until I hit SR70. I can only grow worried.

You know what made Halo 3 amazing? Even when you hit 5 star general you could still keep acquiring an infinite amount of EXP. Also the fact that you could get EXP per playlist made it even better. I have 6600 EXP in total with a couple hundreds in the ranked playlists and that game is still more exciting than Halo 4!
I agree with the statement Halo 3 is still better but you have to hand it to Halo 4 it kicks Halo Reach out of the ball park any day, but I still have to say I am worried as well on the specializations as well I am 69 like 1000 xp short of 70 and I am still waiting on the code, it seems to me like they will wait till the 30th to me, but I don’t know I played halo 4 since it was released but I was not on on the 20th at 11:59:59 do to work so I hope I still get the code crossing fingers.

Not exactly. Its just a cumulative total of stats, like BPR was in Reach. And, ONLY viewable in waypoint.

It’ll still be what I’m going for. And at least, it’s better than 1-50, as that had derankers and all that.
I still don’t get why they ditched Bungie’s Arena system. That had a great way of getting you 1-2000 score stat…and it would probably be the greatest formula made in Halo, and the FPS industry yet, for recording skill. And it got ditched for ‘Hurr durr more wins more wins’

Just hit 62 last night and I’ve actually slowed down my playing just to keep from capping at 70. If I do end up hitting 70 before the emails come, then whatever. I’ll still play and get my commendations and miss out on the XP. I am enjoying the game for the game than just the leveling.
