What the hell is up with this level cap?
I’ve been stuck at level 70, not gaining exp for over a week.
Since when is this normal? I tried to post in the thread, which is now closed, but heard that didn’t do anything anyway.
Wtf 343? I know I can’t be alone in this.
Does EXP roll over?

Also, no, all the XP you earn from playing, challenges, commendations etc is flushed down the drain never to be seen again.
I live in Canada, so I’m just stuck at operator for good?

The specializations will be released to all players at some point in the future.
The latest rumor is that at least some will be opened up “very early 2013”, which most choose to interpret as this month. That may or may not be true.
It’s not really is it? The only vague information about unlocking them has said they will “gradually be unlocked in the months following release”.
So prepare to be drip fed them as if you’re supposed to be grateful to be slowly able to be on par with most of the rest of the players you face. I believe in Canada people who played before 20th got sent a code/codes too, so it’s hard to say which category of screwed over you fall in to.

I find that hard to believe. Pretty disappointed in 343 for that one.
Obviously legendary buyers have to get something, I strongly disagree we should get hindered because of buying SE.
Instead of giving the legendary buyers a perk they punished the SE buyers.
