Anyone else still having minor glitches with waypoint across all platforms? On the PC version, the career section of waypoint has all my classic halo games bugged but my reach service record is perfectly fine. The WP7 version of waypoint doesn’t display anything under halo stats summary, and when I go to my reach service record I always get this error message, “There was a problem downloading the data, please try again.” And the Xbox version just has a few spots on my reach service record not filled in.
Exactly the same. I can only access my service record on the xbox platform, everything else quits after 30 seconds. And I can no longer access any videos besides the ones posted on the front page here on the site. It’s like things are getting worse. I haven’t tried Windows Phone version however.
Just be patient. If there is an actual problematic issue, then the admins/mods will address it publicly. This should also be placed in the Forum Bugs and Suggestions. It’s for all Waypoint mediums.
It has been glitchy since it was released. Items randomly work, it tells you that you got something but won’t take you to it or allow you to find details of it and it perpetually has one section or another “unavailable”. Though it is visually nice and I do like the “Custom Challenges” section they still should have considered keeping it simple. I like being able to find what I want to find when I want to see it.
My big issue is with this “Waypoint”; the picture of my Spartan is one I used temporarily, got posted by the site & now is stuck there even though I changed that a while back. Yes, I removed my “cookies”, cleared my cache & restarted my browser and nothing. It used to change after achieving the next rank yet I have done two & it still has not changed. I don’t want my “Halloween Costume” Spartan! I want MY Spartan.
Any info on this or way to “fix” this would be appreciated.

We’re aware of and working on an issue where people with a space in their gamertag are experiencing problems with their stats on the WP7 version of Halo Waypoint. I don’t have a hard time for a fix, but it should be sooner rather than later.

A fix for outdated Spartan models is coming in December.

Ahhh, spaces. It all makes sense now!
I don’t have a space in my gamertag, and my stats section for Halo Waypoint on my WP7 doesn’t work either.
