I purchased the REQ bundle and downloaded it day one and I still haven’t received a single pack as of 11/6/15. I contacted Microsoft customer support and was on the line with them for over an hour before they told me to contact Waypoint. I have, for the record, tried re-installing the REQ bundle and the full game and nothing changed. If anyone from Waypoint or 343i could help, that would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: As of 12/2/15 I still haven’t gotten one premium req pack and apparently I no longer own the bundle.
I was told the same thing from xbox support and I followed their directions and of course nothing. Call xbox billing and complain about 343 not responding and that everyone on here is complaining about the same thing and they will refund your money. They tried to tell me they could do it as a one time courtesy then I went on to escalate my temper and explain that its their responsibility just as if I purchased something on Amazon and one of its suppliers didn’t fulfill my order, I purchased it from Xbox not 343, I don’t care about who supplies it, thats not my problem. They took on that role as soon as it went through their system and they billed me, not 343. So they need to jump on 343’s back and make them start taking care of this problem. Again call billing to resolve it.
Hey OP, I got someone to check this out for you and there aren’t any bundles registered for your gamertag. The purchase may have not gone through and was refunded to your account. Can you check your Microsoft billing history for that period? Should tell what happened
I am currently having this same issue, I am not recieving any Warzone packs AT ALL. I received them periodically for about two months then it was all gone. I’m not getting everything, because it was over thirty days Microsoft refused to give me a refund, regardless of the fact that they admitted they were at fault. Could someone help me out here?

You only get packs for 7 weeks - the bundle is 2 packs per week for 7 weeks. If you had them spread over two months then you will likely have gotten all the packs from the bundle you were eligible for. In future it’s best to start your own topic for these issues rather than hijack another users thread

I bought the bundle at GameStop so it doesn’t show up in my microsoft purchase history
