Still not a single warzone REQ pack

This is starting to get pretty ridiculous 343… I have been waiting for my warzone req packs to be delivered for what seems an eternity. Yes I know I am supposed to receive two a week or whatever and that’s fine. What really grinds my gears though is that I haven’t recieved a single one. I know I’m not the only one having this issue and I haven’t seen anyone from support reply to any other the other threads on here pertaining to this issue. When will this issue be fixed? Money was paid and still no product has been recieved. This is not how business is conducted.

Same with me I got talked into it at game stop and not I feel like I regret it I really hope they fix it soon

I’m in the same boat. You guys said the exact same thing last week and nothing happened. How much of a problem can this be? You pay for a product, you’re supposed to receive it.

I have a similar problem, I redeemed 2 codes for the Warzone Premium Pack but only got 1… now Gamestop doesn’t want to refund me my money even though it DOES NOT state “ONLY 1 purchase per account” at the time of purchase

I posted this in november over a month ago…still no warzone req packs. Wanna do something about this 343i?
