Hey Guys,
I have completed the 50hr challenge to get the Timmy pack and still haven’t. I completed this mid last week (Wed/Thurs) and still nothing. I did see someone else in the forums got it today and I’ve got nothing. Am I missing something?

Just wait a week or so and you should get it.

So let me get this straight I and many other people who may have had the requirements done for awhile have to wait another 7 days possibly more if we didn’t get it this week? This system is not very good

It says the instant you won’t. Im talking about having it done days in advanced. doing it once a week and not saying “some of you guys who have the prerequisites done might not get it” is what makes me a little annoyed. And I understand it isn’t a automatic system bit only doing it once a week and not maybe twice or three times make you wonder if people get the 50 hours before March 31 and they don’t receive it since “they didn’t have it done before the day it was being distributed that week”.

100% agree with you. Having it not be instant isn’t great but maybe a day at best to receive the pack should be the time frame, rather than “a random point in the week following reaching the 50hr mark”. All around not a good system, and hopefully someone at 343 will figure it out soon because with the Achilles armor and helmet, there was no wait time. This should be no different.
Official: it’s been OVER a week since I’ve completed my 50hrs in customs and, you guessed it, I STILL don’t have the pack yet.
Come on 343, please fix this.

I imagine in order to weed out those who attemtpting to get it by AFK’ing through games, there will be a larger manual aspect to this, unlike Achilles which was tracked via commendations. If you’ve legitimately reached 50hours of customs then I wouldn’t worry, you will at some point be awarded

That sounds way too specific I think it’s probably just them giving it alphabetically though I seen someone with a-d 1st in their gt.

So to have gotten the 50hrs, to them be told by 343 “it will be weekly” is horse–Yoink-. Clearly it’s not a weekly update because it is now the end of the week and now the 9th day since I’ve achieved the requirement. Didn’t think it would be this hard to actually acquire something so simple. I had an easier time with Achilles

I’m in the same boat, it’s been 2 weeks now over 50hrs and no helmet. A friend of mine who got to 50+ hrs in customs w/ me got it last Monday (I did NOT), so if I don’t receive the GEN 4 Timmy pack tooday I’ll loose all hope. Please post if any of you receive the pack today. Thanks!

Same here, been over a week since i reached the requirement. I’ve been checking every day since i reached 50 hours. I will give them time, but i am worried this system will miss some players who legitimately earned it. What if they skip over me? Maybe they wont but so far there is not any evidence to show that it gets everybody.
Like i said, i will wait for the helmet but its making me anxious! I binged halo like mad when i found out the requirements!
