I got the game day 1 and have not gotten any information on my specialization code. I live I. Canada if that makes any differance.

I’d love to say read the forum stickied thread to receive some information, but after 30,000 complaint’s I have not seen it since…(Unless it’s been moved…?)
same here except i live in america. i still have the same email and everything, but i still havewnt gotten a code either, and the support team just makes you run around in circles. they should have just released them to everyone on november 20th, it would have saved them a lot of time and problems.

I don’t care what the administration is saying, I have received no email to the email account registered with my Microsoft Account, neither have I been sent a message to my message centre on my xbox. It has been over two weeks since i started waiting for this email, I have reached maximum possible level without it and I am now quite frustrated. You continue to overlook this problem and I wish that you Please send the codes to my xbox dashboard.
Yes I have played since the 9th of November, I am over 17 years of age and I live in Australia, all meeting the pre-requisites for this code.

Sorry to be the 4 horseman on you but you nor thousands of other players might not get it till AFTER Christmas. You’re better off finding something else to do
