I recently finished all my Arena commendations but did not receive the Arena mastery pack or my 5000
xp. Despite completing ALL of the game mode commendations my progress is only at 3/4 which means that one of my game modes didn’t count towards the total progress. Despite that being the case, every one of my individual commendations is labeled at 100% in the menu, on waypoint, and halo tracker. Help resolving would be great! It took a long time to complete these commendations just to not get credit for them

Try a hard reset. It might take a while to appear.
