I submitted a ticket several days ago and it hasn’t recieved any replies or followups, and on the ticket I explain how the game bugged and I literally can’t even log in. I haven’t seen it happen to anyone else here, the sub, or on twitter. its the most game breaking bug I’ve seen on this flight and theres absolutely no fix for it, restart didn’t work, computer restart didn’t work, reinstall didn’t work, complete wipe of game’s files and reinstall didn’t work, as its an issue that’s attached to my account. I’d really appreciate getting some follow up or solution before the next flight as I’m afraid if it doesn’t get solved it could climb all the way up to release and lock me out of the game completely.
One, the flight is not currently active. Nobody can sign in right now.
Two, unfortunately tickets for Halo Insider act more as bug-reports. Errors you encounter and submit now will be patched out for release but probably not resolved during the flights. Meaning some people with game-breaking issues will miss out.

Rip I misunderstood. Regardless if it doesn’t work when the next flight starts, there won’t be much you’re able to do.
i still cant even -Yoinking!- play, it still just crashes

Provide as much detail in your tickets as possible. You won’t get any response from an actual perpose but they do help with getting some of this stuff on the radar.

I explained step by step what I did and even attached screenshots of what was showing up, yet still automated and unrelated replies.
Unfortunately you’re not always going to get a response with fixes during a flight, that’s just part of the nature of testing pre-release software. Some configurations will have issues that cause them not to work and require investigation. The good news is that if you have submitted a ticket that info will already be working its way to the relevant teams. While you may not end up being able to play during this flight, your reports will help track down potential causes of crashes meaning less of these problems should show up at launch

:((( damn, that sucks. at least my misery right now will prevent people getting locked out when the game releases.
