Hey guys still no Phaeton. I’m level 84 buy atleast a few Gold packs a day and a handful of silver. I play a lot of BTB and Warzone Assault. Everyone else still searching for this thing? Does everyone have it already?
I’ve only seen 2 people online with phaetons. Both were on the enemies side and both were a -Yoink- to take out
I’ve only seen a Phaeton once.
I think it’s an Ultra Rare(?) but considering how many Ultra Rare and Legendary armour and skins we have I doubt you’ll be finding it anytime soon, unless you get lucky 
I only found one DMR which is a Recoil dampening variant and no more after that. Are they extinct or something?

Actually I think phaetons are legendary

Yea pretty sure you’re right on that one. Legendary as hell lol
Phaeton was one of the last cards I unlocked. It is Legendary Req 8. Thing is a monster. On March on Stormbreak you are essentially a god. You can use the top of the garage for cover from all enemy fire unless they have a banshee. Even then though a Banshee stands little chance against a Phaeton unless it’s a Ultra Banshee in which case it can be kind of a issue depending on how well you can dodge. It’s missiles home very aggressively. I have shot at ghosts from a good distance and watched them track the guy around the corner of West Armory.
Both Phaetons and DMR’s are the rarest of the rare, if you see one it’s like winning the lottery and seeing the Loch Ness Monster at once.

There is only 1 Phaeton.
EDIT :NVM I read that wrong. Sorry man. It is all random though. My friends first DMR was the Req 6 Legendary one with the zooms. I got all the DMR’s within 2 days of my first one cause they just started flowing out. Req 8 gets awesome with the stabilization and zoom. But I also know people who are SR 68 with NO DMR. My friends first DMR was SR 18.
For me Phaeton and Nornfang were the final unlocks from gold packs though. And Nornfang I hear is like a unicorn for many people.

I wish I had that, all I got is the base DMR and nothing else. But I’d want the Phaeton more. DMR with Sentinel sight would be pretty good though.

DMR is fun but the Phaeton can really change the way of a match. One of my favorite moments in a Phaeton was spawning in and killing 2 tanks before they could find me. Right after that killed 2 Oni hogs and a Sword Ghost followed by a Ultra Banshee they spawned for me. But since I was staying on top of the fortress I watched him spawn and he ate 2 loads of rockets before he could get control. From there I just raised up high and killed Warden Eternal from near complete safety. We still lost sadly but we went from being down 250 points to losing by 5.

You can also spawn them out of the Ultra Rare Random Vehicle.

Close enough. Legendary, Ultra Rare, still damn hard to find in a Gold. More likely to pull out an Rare or Legendary Warzone Boost (as it’s come to my experience) then the vehicle you want.

First of all you need to exhaust your silver pack unlocks first to increase your odds of getting it in gold packs. Second, level 84 is actually not that high. So far I have only heard of people getting phaetons with the ultra rare random vehicle req. I haven’t seen anyone yet that had the actual certification card. I am level 82 and I just got a mantis variant certification. I’m sure I’m still way off from getting a phaeton certification

Open enough silver packs until you have all the uncommon and rares( Really 70% of the uncommon and rares will do) Once you have nearly all of them unlocked you can start opening golds. Once I finished like 80% of the rares and uncommons I went right to golds and I ended up finishing all the reqs in about 3 days of playing(I will not lie I no lifed the -Yoink- out it)

Ultra rare means ultra rare or above, theoretically you could get one from a common I guess

It is. When you use the Random cards for Weapons or Vehicles you have a chance to get a upgrade. For example using a R4 Random Vehicle card you can get a Ultra Banshee which is Ultra Rare. And for weapons I have got the Selenes Lance out of the R5 Random Rare Weapon card which is Legendary.

Yeah, I’m aware of that trick. I’ve just finished obtaining everything from Bronze and have the NADIR Emblem, now I’m doing Silver.
But I was using it as an example since not everyone does the Bronze, Silver and then Gold opening pattern.

Mmm the highest I have ever seen out of a common random was a rare. My friend got a rare once from a common random weapon. He got the rare Plasma Caster.
