Personally I find this realllllly upsetting. Been sitting here, waiting, like many of you, annnnnnd nothing. I’m starting to feel a bit stupid assuming they would have mentioned this topic in the bulletin, but I guess I shouldve seen this coming. So what now, are we just to assume this will be addressed in late Feb’s TU update?
I don’t know about you but I keep getting burned “assuming” anything this topic. Why can’t they properly address this pivotal issue?
Bc it was promised back on Nov 2-ish for early this year, then hinted it would happen on this bulletin, now its bumped to late Feb. And possibly even later, as they never mentioned it would be included then either. All I’m getting at is, they are still dancing around this, and yes, this “issue” is more pivotal then perhaps you/them think. Something they “need” to comment on.

EARLY THIS YEAR. How is February not early this year? Early this year doesn’t necessarily mean January. Sure, it would be nice if it was released in January, but February and March are both EARLY THIS YEAR.
Honestly, unless 343i put the rank either where it says your specialisation or where your rank is I don’t care.
Sure I’ll be playing for a rank, but going onto smart glass or halo waypoint just to check a rank seems dumb.
There should be a toggle option in the TU so you can either list your SR or CSR rank.
This would probably be a pain to implement but would be a nice touch.
Although they’d have to alter the join session in progress, as I’m sure people will rage over losing a 50
after joining a losing game. I see a lot of issues with a competitive ranking system in a game where you can join a losing game.

Are you unable to read?
I said in my post that it was half the ranks of Reach’s BPR.
But CSR is nothing because it is Halo Waypoint only.

Don’t assume everyone sees it that way.
I don’t care what other people think about my rank if people even take notice.
I like the fact of CSR as it gives myself enjoyment for something to work towards, progress as an individual and essentially become a better player.
CSR is coming with the TUthought that was obvious by now and as mentioned in the recent bulliten they have seen the issues the community has its possible that they delayed it to add more to the TU i mean really there were like 12 " If this TU dosent have such and such I’m gone" posts with a lot of aggreements from the community. It would be even dumber to have them release what they have now even after pointing out that they are listening and watching only to have the same people rushing them hateing them for rushing to get it out.

You can do that without a somewhat arbitrary number though. Throwing numbers to represent equivalent “skill” levels in any method other than a direct ranking system in an arena-style setup basically turns getting better at something into an experience not unlike grinding in an MMO, which is a terrible mechanic.
