So either 343 are full of themselves or the invites just aren’t going through because i have been an insider for years. Have signed up AND verified through the insider tab. I have a series x and a pc and have oppted in for both so i should’ve gotten atleast one. im i frickin blacklisted or something? All my friends got in so what the hell gives 343

I am feeling that I won’t defend for 343 when someone gives mean comments anymore.

343 stated that everyone who was signed up by the 13th and was eligible to receive an invite would have one sent out. All invites have been sent now, but delivery of those emails is not something 343 can control - email providers and their spam filters can cause a multitude of problems with email delivery, sometimes resulting in delays of up to a few days before emails get relayed [source: me, who has worked with mass mailing systems and spam filters before].
Emails can be quite can also turn up in strange folders. If you Use Gmail or outlook, please be sure to check your other folders [focused/non-focused]/inbox/junk to see if it’s hiding somewhere.

yeah im not sure why they decided that blasting the insider program to the world was a good idea, im always down for more people that are willing and bale to play but when you say technical test most people see “Beta” which isnt exactly the point of the insider program. i was able to get in the first on because ive been in the program a while but everyone knew that the program was the way in so it was flooded and then they posted the Sept 13 cutoff date and i fully expected not to get a key anytime soon. preferably they should have sent out keys to those who were in the first test and submitted an x amount of hours so they could have people notice changes or check for new or reoccurring bugs and im sure that they have the server size to support millions of people (at least they shouldve been prepared for it because they are owned by Microsoft) but that clearly not the case.

Sure. But this does not explain how so many of us longtime Insiders still haven’t received our Infinite tech test invites, even when others using the same email services have received theirs (and yes, we’ve checked ALL the folders, so it’s not a “we can’t find it” problem).
It’s pretty clear to us that some of us aren’t receiving invites when we should. And I think 343 should resolve this issue. Many of us who aren’t receiving invites are long time Insider supporters and participants, and had confirmed our accounts were up to date and ready prior to the 13th deadline. Many of us had even been invited to and participated in the most recent MCC Season 8 tech test. So we know that our Insider accounts are setup properly, and we’re receiving communications from the Insider email system.
So unless you can confirm that some of us just aren’t receiving an email invite for some weird reason, but will be given an access key sometime tomorrow so that we can actually get into the tech test, then I’m not sure what else we can do other than be upset and frustrated.
And I think it’s unfair to try and shift blame to us when we’ve confirmed over and over again that we had everything set up properly and in time.

I’m really disappointed, I didn’t get into the earlier flight and it doesn’t look like I’m going to get into this one either… I got invitations for every MCC release and Season but I guess I’m going to have to wait for release to try Infinite. I was pretty hopeful this time since they said it was going to be a server stress test.

the invite would also be in your halo waypoint inbox or at least it was last time, yet still nothing. this is their own system so how can they not control the flow of their own site. im all for giving them leeway but if this rolls into the weekend with nothing itll seem like a pretty big oversite on 343s part

hoping that when the flight goes live, that i can at least check waypoint and see that i was invited there. im quite sure that 343i said everyone who signed up before the 13th would get in. kinda bummed that it looks like i didnt get in despite having been an insider since insider flighting started on the mcc in 2018
