So I watched the HWC semi-final and final on mixer I had it playing on my xbox app while signed in and on my laptop signed in when I had to leave the room… but I still have not gotten the pack.
At this point is it safe to assume Im just not getting it for some weird reason? if so that kind of sucks…
EDIT: Disregard I just found the forum post saying you had to file a request 2 weeks from the event.
I Remember reading a early post or tweet saying that it was just delayed so I gave MSFT the benefit of the doubt and assumed I would get it, admittedly I had forgotten about it for a little while so I missed the deadline. I guess im partially to blame for just assuming it would be worked out on Microsofts end. Ill be sure to keep on top of them in the future i suppose.
Yeah, for future MixPot rewards I would set a reminder 1 week from the date of the event. If you don’t get the reward you still have time to contact them and if you do get it you can delete the reminder
