I was told to post here in the waypoint forums too by xbox chat support. They sent me a link to another forum that said to come here and post our gtag and email address stating we didnt get the codes. I havent gotten my code yet either and think it sent to my billing email account which was cancelled years ago. I checked my brothers main email linked to his tag and his billing email and it was in his billing one! Im screwed!

Really??..on the chat were you talking to a MS employee or were you talking to an Ambassador? Can you give me a link to that other forum? I think it’s weird for MS to tell you this since they always warn people to never give out personal info.

I agree. They would never do so. It was likely an Xbox Live Ambassador chat.

No code here either, I’ve been playing since the 17th. I’m not level 50 yet but that shouldn’t stop me from getting the code.
