Hey so today I am very sad because apparently I went on a big vacation and miss the 2016 armor pack with the Mark five online and still need to know how to get it from someone please tell me 
If you are referring to the classic helmet pack you can still buy it in the Xbox store. But if you want to use req points for it you will have to wait till the make it available again.

Yeah a lot of special helmets have no corresponding armor so no amount of req packs will help. Next time check the collection library to see if armor is in the game.
I would keep buying req packs until you get them.
I’m still waiting on the leather helmets myself.

Just keep on trying. Try buying a few common bronze packs before buying Gold packs first, though (only if you haven’t unlocked all common items). This will give you a bigger chance of unlocking something new.
