Hello Halowaypoint community.
I’m having some trouble locating some DLC I have installed for Halo 5. I redeemed the EVA Leonov armor pack, AR Energy Bayonet skin, Lagrange weapon skin, and the premium warzone pack bundle for 14 premium warzone packs. None of them show up in game under “my packs”, there’s nothing unlocked in my customization options either, the strange thing is that they all show under installed content for Halo 5. Just nothing shows up in game, I redeemed these last night & still nothing has show up.
Anyone run into this issue or know a fix for this issue? I have a lot of missing content & it would be unfortunate if I never got any of it.
The only item I can comment on is the Warzone REQ Bundle. That grants you 2 premium packs per week for 7 weeks, for a total of 14. You get the first 2 upon purchase, then two more every Monday for 7 Mondays. However, the bundle is limited to one per person. If you have ever gotten the bundle before, either by code or by purchase, then buying subsequent bundles will not get you anything.

Interesting, thank you for the info. The account is brand new, it has never played Halo 5 up until now. I just started playing it because I purchased a month of game pass to try out some games.
As of this morning I have done a fresh install of the game, numerous fresh installs of the DLC, & still nothing =/
Something tells me you’re having profile sync errors, which is possibly why you’re missing some stuff. Try restarting your internet router and see if that works. Worst case scenario, you’ll have to grind out the REQ system.

Ill try doing that now, I have no problem grinding out the REQ system it’s just that I should have the content the downloaded. Not too sure why this is happening, it seems that this has been a issue for a long time as well. Some threads with similar issues on this forums dating back 1-2yrs with no resolution.
