Still missing files

For some reason after reinstalling the game 4 times already, i cant play it at all because the message “Missing files” keeps coming up

I have tried everything:
Launch it as an Admin, restarting my PC, pressing “Check updates” in the microsoft store over and over.

I have TMCC and Halo Reach installed but for some reason i keep missing content i dont know how or which one and the Halo Support Page does not address any of the issues at all
