what do i have to do to get a specialization code so i can go beyond level 70?
Buy one, trade for one (or some kind soul gives you one), wait for other specialisations to come out.

Basically, Microsoft has sent a code to everyone that they are able to. No further codes will be sent. Sorry. :\
