The title says it all. I received the email weeks ago, but I still don’t have the emblem :frowning:

I changed my gamertag from “CrY foR Hop3” to “Beyond Hop3” during the time I waited if this matters.

Try reaching out to Sean on Twitter. He runes the HCFP and might be able to help you out. I’m positive a gamertag change might have affected it.
