I live in Michigan and I still have no code

Someone please explain I meet all the requirements to receive the code…

You had to play the Halo 4 multiplayer before like Midnight of Nov 20th to receive the code.

I did, How else am I level 60?

I don’t have it ether this whole thing is complete garbage

I’m in Michigan as well and both my email and gt start with an A. Supposedly its being done alphabetically so hopefully I get mine soon.
