i beat the entire MCC collection on legendary except spartan ops. ive beaten 1-4 and ODST on legendary and got the legendary acheiv and i still have yet to receive my helio skrill armor which is frustrating because that’s the main reason i beat all campaigns on legendary is for the armor

I’ve been in contact with Microsoft live chat support, who I’m not convinced was an actual human.
I’ve been in contact with their twitter, who after 3 days of back and forth just told me to post here.
Every single thread on here is being ignored by 343i, and their Twitter support just says “give them time to respond”
Game has almost been out a month now and I got the achievement almost 2 months ago. I think that’s plenty time!
We’re any of you able to resolve this?? I’ve been waiting 3 freaking weeks!
