So a while back, right when the Specialization codes were supposed to be released, I got an email to my Xbox Live registered email address with the “Here is your gift” message with the halo 4 banner in the background. I took the code straight to the Xbox Live site, and redeemed it figuring that would give me my specs. Well I never saw the others as an option while in game, but I wasn’t SR50 yet so figured that might be why.
Well I hit SR50 last night and they still aren’t appearing. I haven’t received any ingame Xbox Live messages like some of my friends have, and don’t really know where to go from here. I contacted the Live support and they told me to contact 343 about it, and here I am.
Apologies if this is in the wrong place or whatnot, just the first place I could find that lists “Support” on here.
you could try going to your nearest game shop, inquire about the specialization codes or you could buy them on Ebay… hope this helps mate
p.s may i suggest that you don’t buy a game from a supermarket,(not saying you have or haven’t) as some of them don’t give you all the codes…stick with a game retailer you’ll get more codes especially when they do a promo…
I deleted the Xbox Live messages that contained my redeemable code for the Specializations. The email that I had linked to my Live account is defunct now so they had to send me the codes via the Live Messenger, but i thought the messages were spam so I cleared my inbox. I called Xbox Support (as a last resort) and they said my best bet was going to the forums on waypoint. So here I am. Any input on how I can possibly get those codes resent to my account?
what have i got to do to get the redeem code for the specs that i should have gotten in my email. i called xbox support they say its a waypoint issue.buy there is not any support here to contact.so ill post like all the other people and hope something gets done.i mean i live in the US i played before November 20, 2012 what gives? guess thats what happens when u do a last min promo stuff dont go right.
