During the Halo MCCC Insider test session between 11:00 to 2:00 PDT on December 16, my wife and I played on splitcreen completing at least 12 games. My wife got off after the 12th game, but I played a few more just to ensure that I would definitely hit that limit in case one of the games didn’t count for some reason. Currently, neither of us has the “Ice” nameplate unlocked, even though it appears that 343 has said that every single person that should have it unlocked has it unlocked. I’m wondering if anyone else who should have it unlocked hasn’t yet, or if maybe we did something wrong when it comes to the unlocking criteria.

I have seen a handful of people callout they should have received it. I’m working with the team to take a look.
Thank you for the update. When the issue is resolved will it be stated publicly, or will we just have to keep checking Halo MCCC until the nameplate shows up?
