Still don't have the Librarian emblem

I’ve been in the community feedback program for months now, have participated in 3 or more surveys and still have not received my Librarian emblem unlock.

What gives?

This should not be the case, because I joined HCFP in the second or third month after Halo 5’s launch and got the Librarian emblem.

I didn’t.

I have many friends who joined back in March that got the emblem.

I’m not sure, I received the emblem about a month after I joined.
