I figured that after the holiday break I would come back to this bug fixed and weapon skins awarded to players, but I still do not have the HCS weapon coatings from Raleigh. Yes, my account is linked to my Twitch and yes, it says my twitch name and not “…” so what gives? I have the stance awarded, which I theoretically should only have if I had the weapon coatings. Am I just turbohyucked or is there a way to still receive the skins that I earned? I also haven’t seen any posts by actual 343 admins talking about this. How can I contact them without their contact link being redirected to Bing? I have screenshots to prove that I earned them.

There are quite a few of us in the same boat. They probably don’t get back from holiday break until today, Jan 3 so we can all hope that this amongst many other concerns get addressed in the coming days. If you search HCS skins in the forum search there is several of these posts. One of the first ones has the most replies with a lot of people just adding their name to the list as well as the standard email traffic from support. Lets all keep our fingers crossed. 343 isn’t back from holiday break until tomorrow actually. Hopefully a fix comes within the next week or two.
