To my understanding, it should have been given to everyone who has the game and has played it very recently.

In what way does this help?

Perhaps the guy was going to earn it via the Vidmasters but now can’t due to 343i’s inability to bring the Vidmasters Challenge to Waypoint.

it doesnt even look that good tbh lol. it was “cool” when a limited number of people had it and less cool when people were able to get it with vidmasters, but now that everyone is going to get it it takes away the exclusivity that made it popular in the 1st place.

not saying im hating on giving recon to everyone, but that takes away from it being rare and the armor itself doesnt look that good. you’re not missing out on much.
