I’ve had halo since the first day it came out and I can’t watch nightfall on the halo channel. It keeps telling me to buy halo. Can I get some help with this. It seems impossible to talk to anyone from support about this?
Did you pre-order the collection or just buy on day one? To my knowledge you only get the vids if you pre-ordered.

I didn’t pre order I just bought it, but that was one of the main reasons I bought it to see the show.
