Won’t go past the initial loading screen. Submitting a ticket is too complicated and annoying when trying to navigate through all the options you have to click on.
After the initial start where the introduction (microsoft/xbox) screen goes off and goes straight to the menu screen it stays black and doesn’t change BUT you can hear your mouse courser highlighting the options and hear the music but no display. I’ve tried just about everything…I would really like to play.
