Is anyone still not able to install mcc? Even after the new update my game says it cant install.
Did you install the ODST add on? For some reason the game won’t launch for some people unless that’s installed (it won’t always do it automatically). Well, that’s if you have it, of course. Go to “manage game & add-ons” and it should be under “ready to install”.

So i installed the Halo ODST addon (it only said it was 10mb?) and then tried to install mcc but it still didnt work

What do you mean by you are unable to install? What are you seeing on screen when attempting to select to install the game?
Are you trying to install via disc? Digital?
I need some more information to be able to help out on this issue.
Yeah so when i try and install using the disc it starts for a couple seconds and then a notification pops up saying ‘Installation stopped’ and when i try to resume the same happens. I had the game installed a while ago and it worked perfectly, though when i tries to reinstall it this problem occurs.
