STILL CANT CONNECT TO MULTIPLAYER.

Okay so it’s November 6th almost November 7th and I’m still unable to play multiplayer or anything else for that matter except for campaign solo on halo 5 guardians. Even though I am connected to Xbox live halo 5 thinks I am offline. I have hard restarted my console countless times, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted my gamer profile and recovered it and just about everything else you can think of including calling Xbox support only to have them tell me there’s nothing I can do and I need to “contact the developer of the game.” This is extremely frustrating especially when I look at my friends list and see that they are playing in matchmaking when I’m not. Are you kidding me? Getting tired of it honestly. I pre ordered this game with the limited edition console only to have this crap happen? Does anyone know how to fix this problem or am I seriously stuck waiting around until 343 fixes this problem? And am I still the only one having this issue or what?

Hi, I invite you to post your problem in my topic, you are not the only one with this problem and I know that this is frustrating, we are trying to draw the attention of 343i or someone who could fix this problem, if we start to bring people together who have this problem maybe they could fix it faster.

Just a cuestion, Which internet company do you have?

I have the same problem, its telling me im offline and i cant connect to any of the multiplayer services withiut any information telling me how i can get back “online”. No where else seems to address these issues and there is no notification of problems with the servers.

Until now i hadn’t been able to connect to halo 5 online since launch. finally had time to play around with the router and found it was a specific setting in my router firewall which was blocking it
I know its quite vague but the chances are its a setting in your firewalls which is blocking something specific that halo needs to use
I am from the UK and with talktalk- so what i did might not work for you. my issue was to do with my firewall ARP settings
