I’ve seen a lot of posts about this but they all seem to be over a year old now; but in the last couple weeks I suddenly can’t access my reqs at all. In war zone maybe 1 out of 5 games I can actually access the req station. The rest of the time I’m running around shooting scorpion tanks with my AR. I have to do a hard reboot to access the req store every time I launch the game. I don’t know if anyone has a fix for this, but any help would be appreciated.
May not be the problem, but always check xbox.com to see if MS is having game problems. A lot of things are tied to MS servers. Go into settings/network and make sure you have an OPEN NAT. If NAT isn’t open that will cause all kinds of problems
Restart your internet router. That’ll flush out the most stubborn issues.

Along with this, try out hard resetting your xbox.
I’ve done about 50 hard resets, reset router and modem, nat is open, ping is good, opened all recommended ports, put Xbox in DMZ, wired connection is not an option, I’ve done literally every thing I could find and nothing has improved. Halo 5 is the only game I have problems with.

Worst case scenario, you’ll have to get a technician from your internet service provider (ISP) to diagnose any problems and possibly do some repairs.
