Why isn’t this fixed yet? With classifieds broken and always giving an error I can’t get the Armor and XP I’ve earned.

Is there any update to tell us yet cause it feels like nothing is being done mainly because I havn’t been able to access it for a few weeks now.
Its almost been 4 weeks for me and I still cant access my classified section or enter any codes.
