Halo 5 will not let me access my requisitions. This makes Warzone games especially difficult along with not being able to by my gold packs. Last night when I finally gave up I had about 25000 req points and I expect them to be there when it finally loads. Please help 343! This is my second post about this!
I looked at your last post and you didn’t have any information about what you’ve tried so far so here are some recommendations as the “retrieving data” error is a relatively common occurrence:
- Quit and restart the game. Go to the guide, highlight Halo 5, click the Menu/start button on your controller, select ‘Quit’. This is what commonly fixes this problem for myself and many others.
- Do a hard reset of your console. Hold down the power button on your Xbox Console for 10 seconds while the system is on.
If you’ve already tried both of these then hopefully someone else can provide some suggestions.
This has been happening to me for almost a month now. I’ve tried everything I can think of (restarting game, hard resetting xbox, resetting router, resetting modem). I haven’t been able to find any posts where 343 offered help with this issue. It’s extremely frustrating.

Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc).
