I received my ban for doing custom challenges about a week ago, and I still have it. It is a 2 week ban, but I have seen that other people have been getting unbanned also. What’s the deal with this? All I did was custom challenges for matchamaking firefight, and now I have to suffer for a glitch in the system. Are there any moderators in here that can help me? This is getting really annoying.
If you really got banned for using custom challenges try sending a PM to someone from 343.
Maybe there is another reason why you were banned?
I just sent out a PM to Total Sellout explaining my situation. I really don’t see any other reason why I was banned, I hit the credit cap one day, got about 130,000 credits the next day, and the day after that I was banned.
I to was banned for custom challange but i am still banned.
I also sent a PM to total sellout but still no reply.
Not getting much luck so I guess I just have to wait it out

Not normally, no, but sadly, there has been a case in the past were the ban hammer went a bit mental and banned anyone using ONI Sword Base & Target Locator exploit with Custom Challenges, this time the same thing happened again but with more variety.
The past bans were sorted on the Monday after the problem was found on the Friday.
