Sticky Detenator?

343 industry’s brought many brand new weapons to the table in Halo 4, like the SAW and the railgun which have all returned to their recent game Halo 5 Guardians.

One gun in particular was not returned to Halo 5 for some reason; the Sticky Detonator. Where is this fun weapon and why is it not in Halo 5.

The Sticky Detonator should return.

I believe its not there because of balancing issues, imagine playing warzone and a whole team makes a minefield with them in a base.

Well that’s just…

Gee, thanks for the nightmare fuel.

I don’t think there would be balancing issues because that’s why there is a req level cost

Id honestly love the grenade launcher from Reach

Yeah, I loved seeing people run around paranoid with sticky bombs. I would always wait until they were assassinating somebody and then set it off. 2 for 1.

Its tradition to change the grenade launcher every game. I would stick my brother and have him suicide run into enemies, sometimes friendly fire was off as well. Was fun.

Oh, man. Why didn’t I think of that? Best plan ever,if you ask me.

Reach - Grenade Launcher
Halo 4 - Sticky Detonator
Halo 5 - Plasma Caster

The weapon has evolved for balance purposes.

Haha that’d be hilarious but like another said, nightmare. I’d be sitting there counting how many of my team mates run through and wait for their name to pop up on screen for when they die.

Doesn’t matter, haven’t you even seen teams use 4+ ghost ultras before? People will stock up on those sticky sets too no doubt.
