I mean since Jen and Jeff have been confirmed to be returning to do the voices they’ve done for the other Halo games. I almost sure Steve will return to voice Master Chief again. Do you agree?

Would hope so. I wouldn’t be able to play the campaign if Master Chief didn’t sound the same. It sounded like Steve to me in the Reveal Trailer I’m not to sure though.
I kinda just thought it was a given that Master Chief would have the same voice actor in Halo 4 as every other Halo game. I’m 99.9999999% sure he’ll be back.

Considering the character hardly speaks at all, it should be an easy paycheck for Steve to say a few awesome one liners and let the other characters do the talking.
So i am pretty sure he’ll be back. It wouldn’t be the same to have Jen but not Steve or vice versa to play the roles of Cortana/Chief.
They have comfirmed that Steve is to be Cheif in Halo 4
