Hi so, I’m basically making this post because someone decided to close my last post before I could even get a chance to reply back. As I said before I invited my friend to play Halo Infinite because I got a email from 343 with a extra steam key but when they started the game it just flat out crashes closing the game a few seconds in which is exactly what happens to me! And this has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the servers being up or not! Even when the flight servers are up the game just still flat out crashes on the steam version! And I have a gaming PC that can run any game I throw at it at high settings! There’s no way my PC can’t handle infinite! The game however runs just fine on my Xbox One S where right now I can basically just sit back and relax on the title screen there while the steam version still continues to crash no matter how many times me or my friend pushes “play” on steam. Again this has NOTHING to do with the servers. I can go on my Xbox and sit on the title screen right now while the steam version basically sits there crashing to desktop after a second of being on a loading screen! Meaning I or my friend can’t even get to the title screen on the steam version while my Xbox can! And sadly my friend doesn’t have a Xbox so they won’t get to play Infinite because the Steam version of Infinite just crashes before it even gets a chance to start most of the time or you least get one second of a loading screen then it crashes to desktop.
