I’m uninstalling and then reinstalling the game, because I played one match with the new cross core visors and now its doing an update/patch that refuses to launch the game, and even restarted my PC several times.
PC optimization for Halo Infinite in 2022, is frankly a cringeworthy joke of an embarrassment so far… except that no one is laughing when 10 year old video games are better performing and optimized at every level.
UPDATE Steam keeps interrupting the Halo Infinite download every few minutes. Trying again tonight because this is infuriating. I couldn’t play the Halo Infinite Co-Op Beta despite being a Halo Insider, which means I couldn’t use THE BEST FEATURE COMING TO HALO INFINITE WITH FORGE! I paid my $60.00 and still cannot replay the missions I want either. Brilliant. Trying to stay positive but MCC never had this many issues. Not even close.
