Steam key duplicate for infinite flight test

So, I found my steam key in a message but when I went to use it, it has apparently been used already. Whats going on? Was someone given the same code as me? Can I get a new one? thanks

EDIT: I never got a steam code it was one for MCC and I made a mistake, but I got a microsoft store how to install link but it doesn’t work.

Look at it again, it’s it a Halo 2 invite? That’s what i got just a few hours ago for some reason.

Yeah, I was seeing Halo 2. Links are all broken and idk whats going on
