I went to my insider opting thing, where it usually says the opted in and opted out.

I am opted into everything except for console flighting, and my email is verified, and i am opted in for communications.
i click on it every hour becuase i really want to play halo infinte, i have played every halo game including halo spartan assult and spartan strike, but not the 2 halo wars games
although i have played little of halo 4 and 5 i have beat there main stories, i clicked to check if i got in and it says i did and then as i scrolled to see my steam key it said something like we are sorry, how embarrasing. or something like that, anyways is there anyone i can contact to get my steam key?

Sorry OP the Halo Infinite Technical Preview has already come to an end on 8/2 10AM PT. You will need to make sure you have all of your info filled out in Halo Insider to make sure you can get in another one if they do one again before release.
