Steam key already used

It states the steam key for beta access was already used on someones elses account. Can I please have a new one sent thank you.

The flight ended on the 18th and with it all Steam keys were revoked. In order to play Reach you’ll have to wait for it to release on the 3rd of December or wait for any future flights they roll out for it, I’m afraid.
