I have a Steam Code for the flight but if i try to activate it there comes a message that the Code is already in use. 
Have you accessed the flight at all since it was released? Was this a code that was sent to your account or was it one you got from a friend?

Same damn issue. should be a fresh code. and it’s odd I never got an email explicitly stating I got into the flight and had to check a buried link to find the code
I had access for Halo 2 with the same problem…the code was sent to my email and not from a friend.

You should be checking here on Waypoint for detailed flight info, not your email. 343 switched how the flight details are delivered. It is now based on the insider section of Waypoint. If the code failed to register, you would need to submit a support ticket in the insider support area, so 343 can get you up and running. It doesn’t really matter now as the H3 flight concluded yesterday.
Your only chances now are the ODST Flight coming up in the near future and the Halo 4 flight (maybe an Xbox flight for ODST Firefight, we’ll see). But after this unlikely there will be anymore flights for MCC besides Halo Infinite to test. So if you want to get in on the flights, you should sign up real soon.

Same thing just happened to me. For S8 of TMCC, they should use new codes.

No steam codes have been released for this weekend’s flight. The code you are trying to use is for an older, closed flight - likely MCC Season 8.
The flight is on hold at the moment as 343 are dealing with a late-game technical issue. No codes or emails providing access to builds are likely to be sent until decisions have been made and updates posted. The flight may or may not be pushed out, a delay is not confirmed until 343 provide updates. An update is likely to come out in the AM, 343 time [PST] with further details.
