This is the first flight I’ve been invited to and I received a message with a steam code. I went to redeem it and Steam says that the code is a duplicate and cannot be redeemed. I saw someone else mention they had a similar issue yesterday. The response was “oh that’s an old key for the last flight, they haven’t sent out new keys.” Well this is a new key as I did not take part in the previous flight. How is my key already redeemed?
You might be using a key/code for an MCC flight, double check
I just checked my codes. My halo infinite flight code is a duplicate and can’t not be redeemed. I have triple checked to make sure it wasn’t the MCC flight.
Edit, Now that notification just brings me to the help page.

I have the same issue. Maybe wait until I get an inbox message like previous flights? I only see the code from looking at my Halo Insider page.

Only code on screen.

JUST GOT MY NEW CODE. THEY FIXED IT. YOU SHOULD GET YOURS SOON, YOU ARE GONNA RECEIVE IT IN THE SAME PLACE WHERE YOU GOT THE OTHER ONE, SO CHECK THERE! :DDDDD

There was an issue with duplicate/invalid Steam keys earlier, resulting in codes having to be re-generated and published a few times. 343 have resolved this issue now and distributed new and working codes to everyone affected. If for any reason your new code still does not work, please file a support ticket on the Insider Support Site.
