I have noticed that the Steaktacular medal is not being awarded for any multiplayer matches except those that are completed in Halo 2 Anniversary. The medal screen indicates in can be earned in every game in the Master Chief Collection, but in practice this is not true.
I have only tested this in matchmaking, though i confirmed it by competing multiple Slayer matches in each game where the requirements for the medal were fulfilled. Only in H2A was it ultimately awarded.
