Steaktacular medal not awarded in all games

Hey team,

I have noticed that in certain games when beating an opposing team by more than 20 kills my team doesn’t always get the Steaktacular medal.

This appear to be happening most prominently in Halo 2 (Classic), and Halo 3. The medal is awarded consistently in Halo CE. I had a look at the requirements for this medal in the medal list under service record and it says this medal is available in all games and the requirements are the same, beat an opposing team in a slayer game by more than 20 kills. This can be a bit frustrating, especially for players who are yet to unlock the Domination achievement.

Yes, steaktacular is not being awardin since some months.
A similar problem is about the achievement for the 100 legendary medals: they are not counting or the countig has been restared
